Washington State owns railroad tracks and wants to take several of them out for bike paths. Proposals would spend more on bike trails than it would cost to fix the tracks to 286K Then
Washington wants to add a huge carbon tax on everything (except Boeing---maker of the least fuel efficient mode of transportation.). Funny how global warming can be cured by taxes.
In 1976 my 5th grade science class said global cooling was a sure thing if we didn't stop polluting Seattle was going to be under glaciers by year 2000. Still have the text book!!
