Pay is actually pretty decent for a shortline just doing switching ops. However, the work locations and varying schedule leave a lot to be desired and really make it not worth the wage. Especially if you have to be on call as it states in the description. I would bet you're not going to get any kind of guarantee or standby pay...just be expected to show up when called. And remote control? Probably means 1 man crews...definitely not safe! I can't seem to find any information or a website on "Columbia Rail Group" either.
I agree with Hoghead, probably best to stay away from this one.
