I didn't find the book you are seeking but three good sources to search are

[www.alibris.com]
[www.bookfinder.com]
[www.abebooks.com]

I've had good luck searching these sites for extremely rare books. I like bookfinder best because they also list things that are on alibris and abebooks. You just have to keep digging.
