A company in Redwood Valley was buying old TOFC flatcars and using the frames to build bridges.Many dirt and private roads in rural northern California have these bridges across streams and creeks. Much of the rigging (wheels,truck frames , draft gear, brake rigging) was returned to the leasing company.
