I believe the coal is destined to the Phillipines. I've seen a few of the trains around town. There's this one BNSF car that is plastered all over one side with a spray painted mural of an orca whale. It might have been allowed to be done by BNSF, as the reporting marks are fully visible and intact. The entire side of the car is a mural, taking many hours to create. Anyone out there seen it?
