And, if you did bother to read the BART Bay Area story that is posted.... Which Hutchie did. Then you should know that Muni buses average between 8 and 9 mph. because of traffic conditions, not maintenance or age issue, as the noted transit "expert" Ted Rall claims in the story. Thankfully, Ted Rall is a far better cartoonist than he is a "journalist".
