The lighting is plausible. To me, it looks like (early) morning with some mist. Keep in mind that the picture has been taken in October, and we are looking down a narrow valley. You may easily see where the picture has been taken, and see the direction of the camera.

Processing of the picture may be questionable. I guess, in order to enhance the color of the leaves, the photographer cranked up the vibrance and saturation. Or, it could be that the original image data was not that good (the metadata which could help a bit is not available on RP).

Processing images is not so easy when you have difficult original data, particularly, if it is only coming along as JPEG (therefore ALWAYS shoot RAW, and practice your processing skills).
