Salesforce and Millennium are the close neighbors of the troubled TBT. This is of course the same underground conditions Caltrain will have to tunnel thru and presumbably any 2nd BART tube.

It would appear this bay fill is very sketchy - and the Salesforce tapped into bedrock. I am sure they are not thrilled about spontaneous window damage.
