Bob2 is right, please stop @#$%& about the wasted monies of the past. If Facebook wants to kick in a billion, let them. I am sure the Gavinator, and other political hacks will figure out how to fund it. My suggestion would be a dual gauge crossing for BART and ACE, double track. Have BART go underground before the shoreline.

BTW, the dual tunnels at the north end of the Bay should be built also.
