Steam still leaks from an overheated Geep as the eastbound San Jose Turn arrives at the siding at the summit of Altamont Pass Altamont CA.

A red Ford on the first car of this Eastbound.

I assume the autos were assembled at Ford's San Jose (Milpitas) Assembly Plant. The plant closed in 1983 and is now the Great Mall. Things change.

Nice collection of locos.
