He's generally a big talking dufus, this is more of the usual grandstanding, and the grant conditions (which were pretty loosey goosey from what I've seen) will prevail, with or without piles of bull$#it shoveled by politicians, seeking attention.

As someone who's followed this CHSRA fiasco for 25 years since its inception, yes, the project has been a fiasco from planning to execution. And, no, this kind of political bull$hit grandstanding and gainsaying won't go back in time and fix any of it.

I think that it's good when adults take real steps to stop something that has gone wrong, admit it, stop doing more stupid, and figure out how to salvage something real for our real needs, when we've already committed and contracted to spend the kind of money we already have.

As to the rest of that useless crap, about who is more or less politically correct for hating or not hating, who, more or less, that you all seem to want to spew all over each other on a train site... WTF? Can't you give it a rest.
