The Coast Guard held two public meetings in Sandpoint yesterday to take public comment on the draft EA for the proposed second bridge.

In 2008-2009 BNSF dumped a ton of money and work into their current bridge across Lake Pend Oreille, so I think it’s going to be around for a long time to come.
