I can tell you it was at the tunnel located at Ankeny; the sketchy part is in the details as always. I'm lead to believe there's over two dozen cars on the ground, and possibly involves leaking propane...in the meantime in a VERY remote area, and due to previous severe winter conditions of drifting snow, all equipment as well as materials is having to be railed in. Yesterday's projection was returned service by Monday.
