There is at least one of the historic original RR station/museums I particularly like in dangerous fire country (which I will not identify, in the name of not "targeting" what we, doing transportation security planning after 9/11, would call a potential "vulnerability", that sick losers might exploit) that I'd like to donate to, to install fire sprinklers... Right after I win the Power Ball this week.

There are a lot of museums, historic RR stations, structures, and collections that need basic and/or could use better fire protection. The rail preservation "to do" list, includes lots of costly, unseen, but really important things, like this.

It is always sad to hear when these things happen. It's even sadder when you know that someone did this on purpose.
