Hmmm, sounds like something Trainorders might solve.

Actually, if you go way back to the original version this site, it did require accounts and logging in. It was also monitored. In fact, do I dare say it, it was just like Trainorders, the site many here hate.

The original version of this site got shut down but when it was resurrected the new owner opened it up to anybody with access to an online device, no log-in or account requirement, no monitoring so people can have a field day bashing anybody they want with little fear of being booted off here, and can change user names with every post.
