Charles,

I think that is the #11 line which runs into Darby and is still active. It was considered, at one time to be the last streetcar---oops TROLLEY (proper Philly terminolgy)---crossing of a Class 1 railroad in the US. With all the new light rail stuff, I am not sure if that applies.
