Coast Starlight Detour

On Amtrak's travel advisories, they notify riders of the "Coast Starlight" during the time of
the detours, that train 11 will not be affected. I don't know if that part is outdated or what. I think it would do one well to check with Amtrak before riding. Hopefully, you will find someone who can do more than give you a rote reading of the advisory.
