Another question is how much Thomas the Tank Engine is played on the kids TV stations. In the early 2000's it was on at a kids primetime - if I remember right it was right around time to make dinner so my daughter would watch it while I was cooking. If it got pigeonholed to a time where kids aren't watching it much (or at all) then obviously the enthusiasm to go see Thomas and pay to ride would be down.
