Seems to me most of this global warming motivated stuff remains in the arena of media hype. Promises and grandstanding but you cannot even get trolley coaches on Geary, obvious. In the end it is all patronage and agency hubris and ambition. They will spend essentially everything they have on another BART tube.

BTW and OT why doesn't Gavin propose giving Manhattan back? Good riddance.
