The NARP hotline indicates that 11 and 14 will take the UP (former SP)line between Sacramento and Bakersfield. I don't smoke, but if any of you do, be advised that they will not stop for smoke breaks. I rode #14 on Oct 29 and while at Bakersfield for the crew change, they did not allow anyone to leave the train. Not sure about #11.
