I've read two separate reports that the Roseville-Oakland manifests and the Roseville-Warm Springs manifests have been combined. If true, this leaves only one train to the East Bay with traffic for the Coast to San Jose, South San Fran, Salinas, as well as Oakland and all the local industries in the Niles/ Fremont area and pretty much every thing else in the Bay Area. Since the west bound train uses the CalP and the east bound train uses Altamont how do they return Oakland cars to Roseville. These trains would be MRVOA/MOARV and MRVWS/MWSRV. Thanks for any current information.
