It would be interesting to see via a totally independent survey from a company not paid by any one nor entity connected in anyway to SMART to see just how many actual people are commuting to the Santa Rosa area from points north of Windsor to justify any future expenditures to rebuilding the old NWP line north to Cloverdale.
