Hopefully some catching up will occur - it is important to thwart BART schemes already underway.

BART-MTC-SPUR will never go for anything but 5'6" under the Bay absent a public groundswell in favor of Caltrain.

Salesforce is in fantasy land about DTX in the near future, especially if we go into a deep recession and economists demand austerity.
