Not running during Diesel Dayz?

I checked some videos from the weekend's Diesel Days and didn't see it running. Confirms my suspicions that MNS 21 is not repaired yet. It had some electrically damaged motors, which are big ticket items to fix and there was no mention of that work being done on the official facebook page
