SORRY NOT TO SEE MORE RESPONSE ...THE EFFORT TO REVIVE FEGUA WAS XLT AND THE POTENTIAL WAS TREMENDOUS ALLOWING FOR THE HUGE AMOUNT OF TRUCKS ON THE HIGHWAY...BUT THE GOVERNMENT FAILED TO COOPERATE... SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO REVIVE ANY PART OF THE SYSTEM NOW RAILS GONE... RIGHT OF WAY CONFISCATED..
