The real issue here is how many commuters will use SMART to access the GGT ferries? And what stations will they be coming from? Remember GGT runs express buses with very few stops enroute and no need to interchange.

I do not see any capacity for much growth once the basal patronage levels are established. You can add ferries but expensive and boat size and speed will not increase materially. And eventually there will presumably be HOV lanes for the express buses on the new Narrows freeway.
