Only Bob Harris I knew was a conductor out of Brooklyn Yard in Portland that held down the Oregon City Switcher for decades. "Cowboy Bob" as he was called has a ranch in Eastern Oregon and retired several years ago.

Bob had a unique way of switching the tight curve in the Oregon City paper mill in which he would cut off a car and ride them to spot because the curve was old Portland Traction and too sharp for two coupled boxcars. He was quite an artist!!!
