I have both Run8 as well as Train Sim from Dovetail Games. Train Sim is easier to operate, and decently realistic. It has a major advantage that all dispatching is done for you. Run8 is much more realistic, but requires a more powerful computer. Don't think about trying to run it without a RailDriver console... Its too complicated. The major drawback to Run8 is that you have to do your own dispatching.
