Define "reasonable".

If you've driven U.S. 95 north of Lewiston, you know there's no way a train can go that way, so any train from Lewiston to Pullman will have to use the former Northern Pacific line east of Lewiston to Juliaetta, Kendrick, Troy, then back through Moscow to Pullman. Not only is that line long abandoned (and partially a bike path) but most definitely not suitable for passenger service beyond a tourist train.

The other option is west from Lewiston along the Snake River to Ayer then north on the UP to Spokane, completely bypassing Pullman and Moscow, and going through nowhere to get there while taking twice the distance on a much slower route.
