No jealousy at all.

The concern is this public "announcement" was admittedly made after receiving information last week from the one of the party's involved. Although not a member of either party, I, and others, have known about these negotiations for several months ...yet out of respect for the privacy of both parties, at no point did I ever consider publicly "breaking" the news.

There may be a reason why neither party has not yet made an official announcement.
