My take is SMART counts on a pretty good, maybe surprisingly good, patronage bump at Larkspur Landing North HBF. They might prove lucky and get it.

As to NCRA-NWP freight it is incompatible with 5'6". MTC's attitude will presumably be chuck it now and be at quits with any future headaches and costs when down the road the pronouncement is made the GG Bridge is now magically compatible with and indeed demands ghetto gauge connected to the Geary corridor.
