It's never possible to pass through the nose or front of any of the SMART cars. I guess in an emergency you could break the windshield and try to escape if there was a fire or bees or something. The proper way to think about it is that you can't get from the car that has it's rear coupled to the nose of another car. There are doors in the rear of the trains to get to the next car. So that's how to describe it properly.
