The "UNDEAD" Zombies at the CHSRA's runaway money train are celebrating, since offer of the partial funding of LAUPT, managed to stall the "raid", by the Legislature, at least until next years session, on the "sacred" commitment to the "voters" to build the most incompetent and expensive high speed rail system that taxpayer money can possibly buy....

Onward to Gilroy!
