This impacted me on 5 today -- we waited outside the Sacramento station for at least half an hour (as the station needed to first serve any impacted Capitol Corridor/San Joaquin trains, along with the Zephyr counterpart 6).

Wish they could've made the announcement at Roseville and allowed pax to disembark early to Uber, etc. to their final destinations (although the onboard crew aboard 5 did an exceptional job of keeping us updated).
