OT but this is kinda Earth collapse revolt day in the media. Certainly seems to me this is a dry global warming rather than a wet one as in the dinosaur era. More like the dust bowl of the 30's, with lack of fresh water, especially potable, a huge problem worldwide ahead.

So let's solve it with base tunnels thru Pacheco and to Palmdale so's to build out a bunch more tracts.
