It appears that people think that a train can stop on a dime. At track speed who ever steps out on the rails will get torn apart. It looks like a death wish....The engineer and the travelers get to watch this take place...Slowing down the trains will just mean scattering body parts a little closer to the contact. There is no control of people who have a death wish...Trains are run on a schedule, people get run over every where by the trains, that is the way it is....In most cases, there is no common sense.
