BART exempt from power shutoff?

Evidently PG&E is intent on shortly cutting off power to a big part of its NorCal kingdom, save Marin and SF. Way too rich and politically powerful to eff with.

Cannot believe I am saying this but Wavy Gavey makes Jerry look responsible and moderate. Gavin is granting to a private company quasi martial law powers that belong to the government.

The lumpen are lost and powerless in all this; it takes more than a million signatures to start a recall. Breed is right to buy out PG&E in SF but they will have to secure a line to wheel in Hetch-Hetchy power.
