Absolutely. Henry has remained one of the nicest all around people in this hobby. We met in
1966 at an early PLA meeting in Berkeley while both were in the USAF.
The trip to Salvador & Guatemala in 1975 was a Central American Rail Tours venture by John
West & George Werner and they planned some great ones. Henry & I rode a ng 2-8-0 in
Salvador for a few miles & also up on the rooftop of the Galloping Banana. Brian Whipple
was with us at that time too. IIRC, the car was mostly wooden construction & had a gas
motor, not diesel.
