U33C What Happened

I am trying to research on the GE U33C. I know that almost all were scrapped and some were rebuilt to U36C or Super 7s. But I was looking the other day and saw a photo of a U33C working for FerroSur as 9605. I am trying to find more info on this locomotive. If you have any info that would be great! Thank you
