Eucalyptus wood can also be pulped. Fibreboard had a pulp mill in Antioch, CA in the 1960's-1970's which would chip it and make milk cartons from the pulp. They didn't even have to remove the bark first, it also pulped well.

It is very difficult to make lumber from Eucalyptus logs since drying the rough-sawn boards can easily lead to "washboarding" (fiber collapse) if not done carefully. If washboarding occurs, the only remedy is to plane the boards flat again, which wastes a lot of wood. This problem is in addition to the twisting and warping noted above.
