BN liked orange before the BNSF merger, square decal scar on door could be from round BNSF loco. If it has a DT 466 engine, it would be a good truck. DT466 is International's workhorse medium duty engine, wet sleeve so can be rebuilt without pulling entire engine.
If you take good care of it, should be good for 500,000 between rebuilds as long as you keep the oil changed and the coolant from going bad.
