Missed opportunity. Seeing as many of the Bay Areas residentialy challenged habitat the Bart system, why couldn't the retired cars be moved to form a homeless living park. Austin Texas is planning to relocate their RC's to a 350 bed tent on State property. CA could, at last, one up the Lone Star state by repurposing these relics of mass transportation.
