Back in The Day... When the freight railroads ran their own passenger trains, they kept THREE sets of books !!! And the ICC allowed all three sets of figures to be used, depending on the hearing being held, and the conclusions being reached.
Which set of books will Amtrak use to back up their claim ??? As BOB2 has noted, we shall see...
