No, he's been using this as a tactic, one we see used a lot these days, to spread deliberate "disinformation" by properly interpreting these articles in advance for all of us, and show us how these articles really confirm his vast evil rail conspiratorial worldview...

We will then all "know" the "real" truth, and he will convert all of us poor deluded people who actually like these "evil" trains, into the vanguard of his train hating revolution, and when the revolution finally comes, and Mouse is in charge, he will be able to stop "evil" Thomas, once and for al.
