I think 6 axle units are restricted on that line. Whenever BN used to re-route stuff way back in the day when there would be mudslides north of Seattle, it was always a scramble to break apart consists in Interbay to find enough GP50's, Cabless U-boats and whatever else was around to get a couple trains out of town.
