So this is an entity that actually wants to run it, or have have someone run it? When I saw this, it looked like the scrappers finally made UP a deal that they couldn't refuse in this era of PSR.

Wasn't one of the reasons that UP was holding onto this line was to prevent BNSF from utilizing it to avoid Denver congestion? Would this new deal prevent BNSF from operating it, or contracting with someone else to use it?
