Another UP tie pile fire at El Monte last night...

There was another tie pile fire on the UP at El Monte last night, disrupting ML commute service, at rush hour.

There was no word on the possible cause, in the last news report I saw. Which, needless to say, will be of a great disappointment to some of our trolls. looking to blame their scapegoat of the day for such happenings.

UP has a lot of tie piles that they don't seem to deal with. So why does UP seem to be taking months to dispose of these used tie piles?
