Brian People’s Final Solution to the Rail problem. To block all advances at RTC by causing discourse and fear to split the people allowing the line to fall further in disrepair. Encouraging tactics that could possibly lead to “accidental” destruction of RTC property.

Once the line is destroyed the trail can be built and trail now will take over all property and dispose of all unnecessary property to developers.
