Very well done Steve.

It reminds me of the "hardcore railfanning" I used to do, and this would be a typical departing shot that I would attempt before heading away from the tracks for dinner. Always the last hint of light on the sky, and a desperate attempt to compose a picture with a growly stomach. Mine have'nt worked out (yet).

I'm glad that you were able to get the settings right. There is a true point in time that you've captured, and with all three points of light moving, not an easy feat. Give us the other one to compare.
