And I lived near the tracks in Mill Valley from 1953 to 1974. I remember the Sausalito local running two or three times a week .Traffic included an occasional sailboat on a flatcar, lumber, tankcars and huge Diesel engines on flatcars that were rebuilt in Sausalito.
